What a success!!
The organizing committee with leaders Dittie Voegele and Stu Field held a flawless event.

Gathering at Rapport Youth & Family Counsellling’s Eclypse (drop-in) centre, over 60 walkers of all ages enjoyed this beautiful June day, tour of Eclypse,  and a walk through Bramalea’s trails.  Stu Field, Malcolm Slater and Mike Pigeau manned the BBQ – and everyone enjoyed the fellowship.

Deputy Chief Roselli brought greetings from Peel Regional Police and reaffirmed the need for services such as Rapport in the community.  Coach Dave Magley from Brampton A’s warmed to the 4K challenge – and many Rotaracters and RYLArians joined the walkers.  Funds raised to date total approximately $6,000 – and more is coming through through sponsorships on Canada Helps.  If you want to make a donation, go to http://www.canadahelps.org/gp/37650  to bring the total a little higher.

Congrats and thanks to all for this great First Annual Rotary Walk for Rapport.
