The website for Rotary Santa Silent Auction is now ready to accept sponsorships and donations. We are also adding silent auction items daily. The auction starts on Saturday November 28 and ends December 11.

Set up your account. Then you can donate, add a sponsorship or view the auction items. The method of payment is by credit card through our Rotary PayPal account. All funds go to our Rotary Service Account for administrative purposes. Donations will receive receipts for tax purposes.
I attach a solicitation letter you might send out - this has our letterhead and is under my signature. You can also create your own letter.
So, get busy - the Rotary Way -by supporting this event for the Alzheimer Society Peel so they can help families in our community cope in this increasingly challenging time.

All proceeds will flow through our charity to the Alzheimer’s Society Peel and receive a receipt for tax purposes.
An example of the organization’s creativity is the Virtual Holiday Celebration next Thursday evening. Families can sign on to a virtual site, dressed in festive best, and with a snack and beverage.
Together, but apart, we will do a painting activity and sing Christmas songs. Normally we would have had a concert in a community hall. I have our Santa hats ready.
Stephanie Beaumier will accept auction items at her home or the Rotary Outreach site at 75 Rosedale Avenue West, Brampton. Text or call Stephanie at 647-391-1647. All items must be delivered by December 11. Pick up will be from the Rotary Outreach Site on December 12 and 13 (hours listed on the website. A few members are needed to be on site for a couple of hours on these dates – with all protective measures mandatory.
By December 20 we will know the result of this venture. And we will be able to celebrate knowing how we have, once again, served our neighbours and community very well.
