The Rotary Santa virtual silent auction fundraiser for the Alzheimer Society Peel (ASP) was so successful due to the involvement of members of the Rotary Club of Brampton.  In just 5 weeks, and in the midst of a pandemic, we raised $5000 for ASP to support programs and services assisting families coping with Alzheimer’s  Disease.  Needs are higher than ever due to isolation of families and lack of caregivers due to the pandemic.  So hats off to everyone who bid and purchased auction items or made a cash donation.  Know how much your contribution is appreciated.
Special mention to the volunteers involved in this project – John Digby, Stephanie Beaumier, Gayle Wilding and Peter Ward and all those who donated items.  (Tax receipts for donations will be provided soon).

Meet Alicia—a beautiful, vibrant mother and grandmother who was diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease 10 years ago.

Over the next 4 weeks, in honour of Alzheimer's Awareness Month, join us as we visit Alicia and her family in their home to get a first-hand look at the grace, dignity, compassion and support each of them shares with Alicia and one another.
