The first of two Rotary Christmas Parties this year is successfully in the books. Almost 200 guests had a blast at our annual Children's Christmas Party for special needs children, their siblings and families at Century Gardens. A big thank you to Past President John Mullen and his committee (Luisa, Stu, Jerome, Wendell, Isaiah, Dittie, Mustafa) for a great job again this year. A big shout to to Past President Rick Brown for being our very entertaining Emcee, the many young dancers, Rotary, Rotaract, Interact, youth exchange volunteers, photographer Saima and of course Santa and Mrs. Claus. Thank you to our special guests District Governor Lesley, Councillors Whillans and Bowman and Mayor Brown for joining us.

....and now Part 2 of our Christmas party season - today at Carl's Catering (the Glen) - is our own Club Christmas Party at noon. Looks like we have a full house with our own children, grandchildren, nieces and nephews in attendance. Just a reminder, that if your little loved one is expecting a gift tomorrow, make sure you bring one with you, wrapped and clearly labelled.
