It is clear that the kinder, gentler approach of yours truly led the members to think they could malfease with impunity. As an object lesson we brought back John [Sudden Death] Sudnikownicz as Sergeant at Arms. Johnny Sudden was assisted by an imported hit man Piroshin, [call me Bob] Moodley.

Johnny Sudden was was at his most joyous in handing out fines too numerous  for this scribe to manage. Perhaps the Sergeant could in the future hand over his file in order to properly document all his innocent victims. Where is Warren "The Impaler" when you need him?

Frank Zucchara announced his wedding anniversary of 32 years, Roy Vindon also 35 years of marriage and Brad Goodison to his wife Wendy for 18 years of marriage.(Note: all have been married to the same woman) Editors Note: Jerome will be asked to explain whether this refers to 3 separate women or if we are dealing with a serial poligymist.

Len Coupland of the Lions Club announces that they are holding a fundraiser "Texas Hold'em Poker" on Saturday November 5th at the Lions Club house at 11692 Hurontario Street. Cost $55 per person which give each player $2500 in chips. Start time is 5:30 pm sharp. Money raised is going to help a 9 year girl. Dittie Hay had a report on the recent Oktoberfest which was a great success. It was well attended and raised much need funds for our special charities. The evening included a beer drinking contest which included fellow Rotarians Peter Ward, Warren Raspberry, and Janet Dawson. The dancing team included Rotarians Roy Vindon, Warren Raspberry and Shelia Winsor. The evening had many other fun activities.
