Presidential Citation

Past District Governor Norm Bindon presented Past President Jim with a Presidential Citation, a distinction awarded by Past Rotary International President D.K to Rotary Clubs around the world. The citation recogizes the work of our club in meeting specific criteria set out by the RI President.
