Policing the Water

The commander of both Units, Sergeant Mark Stafford, along with Constables Morgan and Duncan gave a fascinating presentation on their activities at last Monday's meeting. Most of us thought of them as a Lake Ontario Unit. But their duties include all bodies of water in Peel from Loafers Lake to small creeks and involve searching for weapons, missing persons and criminal evidence. Many of their stories were instantly recognizable from recent headlines.
