Paul Harris Nominations
Nominations are sought for persons be they Rotarians or non-Rotarians who have demonstrated a shared purpose with the objectives of the Rotary Foundation and the "ideal of service" in their own life by making a significant contribution(s) to Rotary and/or the local/global community.
Criteria to consider would be such as: (1) high ethical standards in their personal and business life; (2) significant contributions to: (a) the Rotary Club, (b) committed time and energy to other organizations with charitable objectives and/or assistance to humanity to improve our society; (3) demonstrated significant leadership in Rotary and/or the community; (4) advanced understanding, goodwill, peace and/or improved living or health conditions, or otherwise helped create a better world in which we live.
The more information that you can provide to the Rotary Foundation Committee a better-informed decision can be made on the nomination.
The Awards will be presented at a special function to be announced at a later date. Completed nomination forms can be sent by fax or e-mail to Rotarians Norm Bindon, nbindon@rogers.com (fax: 905-897-2769) or Jerome Dawson, jdawson@bramlib.on.ca (fax 905-453-0810). The nominee should not be advised that his or her name has been put forward for this recognition. If your nominee should not be chosen this time, future re-nomination is welcome.
