Panama Project

Rotarian Blanche Hinton gave a brief description of her project in Panama, working with with the local community to set up a teaching venue for the deaf.  It was incredible to discover that many of these people have had no instruction in signing and so have next to no communication skills.  Our International Committee decided to sponsor this project and it was great to hear first hand Blanche's story and commitment to this cause.  Blanche expressed her gratitude for our continued support as we have sponsored similar projects led by Blanche in the past.
