 Nominations are sought for three directors positions. Nominations close Dec. 1. Election will be held Dec. 5.

Nominations for Director

 

  1. Nominations must be in writing and handed, e-mailed or mailed to the Secretary by December 1st 2011
  2. Positions are for 2 Rotary years July 1st 2012 to June 30th 2014
  3. You may nominate yourself – this is called volunteering and is encouraged
  4. Nominations must certify that the nominee has expressed a willingness to serve.
  5. Duties of a director
    1. To attend a monthly meeting of the Board at 6:00 p.m. on the 2nd Wednesday of each month at Rotary Glen.  Dinner is provided at 5:30 p.m.
    2. AND occasional special meetings normally held immediately prior to or after a weekly meeting of the Club
    3. To be responsible for a group of committees and activities as specified by the President and report to the board
    4. To peruse the papers in preparation for the meeting
