New club chartered

Brampton's newest Rotary Club - The Rotary Club of Brampton Flower City - was charterd on Friday night with about 250 people in attendance, including a delegation from our club.
District Governor John Stairs inducted about 26 new members. Other dignitaries included Police Chief Noel Catney, City Coun. Garnet Manning and Ghalib Iqbal, Consulate General of Pakistan.
The President of the new club is Marvin Morton. President-elect is Manjit Bhondi.
