Mutual admiration

President Sheila Winsor kicked things off by calling upon our very own Rotarian and District Governor Elect Norm Bindon to say a few words. D.G. Elect Norm who was acting on behalf of Past District Governor Syd Harmon presented President Shelia with the Rotary International Presidential Citation. In return President Shelia was pleased to present a Paul Harris Saffire pin to Norm for his $1,000 contribution to the Paul Harris Foundation.
