On April 20th, we were thrilled to have Jason Spalding and Sophia Johnson join us. Jason presented his talk 'Techniques for High Performance'. It outlined the ways leaders can be more effective by developing a more functional team and organizational culture. This was a wonderful presentation highlighting many truths about organizations and leadership.
He said that organizations need to nurture personal relationships with employees and build trust. Truth was a theme in his presentation. Jason remarked that Rotary's Four Way Test is foundational with the emphasis on truth.
Jason mentioned that the RCB has a great energy. We wholeheartedly agree!
