Growing the club

At last week's club assembly, President Ed said a small group of board members has started the process of strategic planning, facilitated by Vice- President Steve. The intent is to develop a long-term vision and strategy for our club.
The process will likely conclude by summer, when the full club membership will have an opportunity to contribute. President Ed said it was important to establish direction for the club.
He said Project 95, a program designed to raise our membership to 95 was still on track.
Membership Chairman John Mullen said the club currently has 60 members. We added 12 in the past year but lost eight. Three new members have been proposed recently. The goal of the committee is for every member to bring in one new member every two years.
