Great day at Skate-a-thon

Wendell reported that Sunday was one of the better days for this event, there was no rain, everybody worked hard and special thanks to Ian Mullen, the clown, Bino for supplying hot chocolate etc., Steve Wilson from Parks and Rec.

The toys that were left over from the Christmas Children's party were given to skaters 14 and under. Dittie was instrumental in collecting donations at the registration desk as these free gifts were handed out. Over $4000 was raised, $2000 from Ching. Lions Club.  The Guardian was also there and pictures were taken.
