Denis Stephenson thanked the board of directors for granting $1,500 US to support a project in Tbilisi Georgia.
Last year the club granted money to a women's centre for a laptop to help them better co-ordinate information on women in need.
This funding will purchase a projector so workers can travel into rural areas to teach women how to perform breast self examinations.
