Friends of Rotary
The benefits of this new membership program include:
Provides opportunity for prospective member to watch Rotary in action
Allows prospective member to understand commitment
Reduces sticker shock of membership cost
Allows prospective members to get to know club members
The terms of membership:
They agree to attend at least 12 meetings during the next 12 months
They can be in this category for a maximum of 1 year
If, at any time they ask to join Rotary full-time during these 12 months, they go through exact same process as any potential member
They pay $50 and pay for meals as they go at $15 per
They receive a Member badge and The Spinner weekly
They can attend as many meetings as they wish
They have access to our website
They can participate in all of our social events, (excluding member-only functions)
They agree to roll up their sleeves, and go to work with us on one of our fundraising committees
Full-time Members are not eligible for this category of membership.
