Fines et al

Sergeant-at-Arms Michael called on his good memory to fine members for last week's cell phone calls.  Dittie was called on her comment on male menopause - and all the line-jumpers at lunch.  Everyone not at the Santa Claus parade was on Mike's list too.  Proceeds are to the Salvation Army.
