Francis was the Sergeant of arms and the following are the fines:

John Sanderson for showing up to today's meeting, President Jim, John, Gord, Roy, Warren, Debbie, Raj and Carol all for being late, Rick and Jerome for not showing up at bingo, Peter Ward for not wearing a tie today and Jack for asking Dittie if she coloured her hair.
