Sgt-at-Arms Dittie Hay fined President Peter for bad mouthing one of his bank's comptetitors. Glenn was fined for carrying his canoe around with him. Your scribe was fined for unRotary-like remark's about Dorean's golf acumen and Amolak paid for guarding an empty chair while Sarah dined alone.
President-elect Ed was fined for extending his remarks so President Peter could eat. The Jim Inglis award was assigned to newcomer, not-yet-inducted, Michael Arthur.
On the happy side Daisy was pleased to involve her mother-in-law and aunt in Rotary work. Wendell celebrated his 65th. JWS reports friends had a great time at Rib n Roll and the the Family Resources Centre received 93.4% in its accreditation. Steve Robinson is now a dierctor with RBC. And your scribe, trying to make amends, reported that Dorean would be a fine addition to the club.
