Fines and Happy Bucks

Brad has clearly found his niche in life and acted as Sergeant-at-Arms again even though he isn't part of Raj's pod.

 He levied fines with wild abandon (the Treasurer is extremely happy), amongst those fined were: Gerry Atkinson for being late for the Bingo that didn't happen; Bob McIntyre for allegedly trying to wear the wrong name badge; Don Weaver for not being Sergeant-at-Arms; Peter Ward for his guest arriving before he did; Al Heaney for coming in twice (!!?) and several members for having poppies at home?  Everyone fined pled their innocence, all to no avail.
