Fines and Happy Bucks

Sgt at Arms Dittie Hay was in fine form at last meeting fining President Ed for a late start and his picture in the newspaper pronmoting Rib n Roll. John Lomax was fined for a rare appearance. John Digby was sitting with the senators. Phil Cristi was "sucking up" -so too was Roy Vinden. Jim Inglis has recaptured the coveted last in award, named in his honour.

On the happy side, Len was touched by a retirement party held in his honour and attended by many Rotarians. And he celebrated his 40th wedding anniversary. Denis is happy to be working two days a week. Gerry praised all mothers, following Mother's Day. Paul Peters promised a full magazine report soon. Dorean was happy to visit PEI where she sang recently. Peter returned from a wedding celebration in Barbados. Gord White thanked Rotary for supporting his son's campaign to help Heart & Stroke and Gene was happy this is Dittie's last day as Sgt at Arms.
