John was Sergeant-at-Arms and under the ruse of 'voluntary' Happy Bucks he proceeded to fine members as follows by telling them what they were happy for: Roy, Frances, Melissa, John, Glenn, President Steve, Bob, and many others.

HAPPY BUCKS
There were many, many legitimate (as opposed to the 'voluntary' ones above) Happy Bucks, too numerous to mention; except that Gene's was noteworthy: he's happy he sold his house (very quickly), but now doesn't know where he's going to live and solicited invitations from the members.
