Emerging club business
President Jim announced that the program for some meetings will be committee meetings. Jim introduced Membership Committee Chair Gerry Atkinson introduced Barry the sub committees Growth chair.
Membership growth and retention is the most important thing we do. This year there are several key initiatives for Growth.
New Club Brochure, new Binders for Members, including the 5 clubs membersip details and other resources for Rotarians, Make Use of RI resources, Update our website, New pull up signs for our sign in table, Increase our visibility in the community by attending community and business events with an information table, Improve our new member orientation, new and improved Fireside meetings with partners of members as well.
This committee has their game plan well in hand for the new year.

Two New Members were proposed by Secretary Peter.
1) Carole Berry - Proposed by Norm Bindon for Full Membership. Classification - Mental Health Administration
2) Cassandra Baccardax - proposed by DG Norm Bindon - Associate Membership - Classification- some long title from the city of Brampton.
