President Update – The Foodbank is in desperate need of food and we are running out of funds, there was an appeal for donation, Steve Rhodes will put the donation page on our face book page and we are being asked to share links to the page to friends and associates for donations to the food bank, possibly consider donating the lunch money.
Treasurers Report – Peter – we have 2000$ For Regen and another 100 coming down the line. The audit will not be ready for the AGM, but it is expected to be ready for the new year
Secretary’s update – Recognized the 4 nominees and requested nominations from the floor. Because of the COVID situation we will vote by email and the results will be announced at the AGM.
