On Monday January 13th, 2025, we were pleased to host Kevin Troake, CEO for Concord in the City who presented on his organization and the Community Ability Initiative. Kevin shared his story of starting the organization which was very moving. Concord in the City provides opportunities for people with intellectual disabilities gain social, life and job skills. We heard about the residential summer camp and the coffee truck that helps provide meaningful skill development for adults with developmental disabilities.
