Coast to Coast

 

 

Jaime Wilson is the Managing Director of Coast to Coast Against Cancer.  She has been doing this for 14 years; she started at Sick Kids Hospital and considers herself fortunate to help people across the country.  She wakes up every day with a purpose.

 

What is Coast to Coast? Coast to Coast Against Cancer Foundation raises vital funds for childhood cancer programs and charities by conducting high quality, memorable, physically challenging events encouraging active and healthy lifestyles. These events engage sponsors, participants, donors and volunteers in meaningful ways. Funds raised through their series of events remain in their respective communities through local partnerships. Their vision is a world beyond cancer for kids.

 

2015-2018 The Rotary Club of Brampton, through Rib N’ Roll; have contributed $130,000 to Coast to Coast and approximately 46 kids from the Brampton area were able to go to camp.

 

Coast to Coast is the second largest fundraiser for Sick Kids. Their cycling events help to fund research, quality of life programs and palliative care survivorship.
