Brendan was born and raised in Brampton. He spent his summers in Quebec with his grandparents and worked on a farm between the ages of 12 and 16 years old. Brendan learned a lot, met many different farmers. He also helped many kids so it was like a summer camp. Brendan was a part of the Brampton Track Club and he was good at track and field. He did odd jobs, had some spare time so he joined Big Brothers which was a way to give back.

 

Brendan was offered a job at New Mechanical doing plumbing, welding and machinery. He then merged into air conditioning, did his 5- year apprenticeship and got his license. He later opened a martial arts studio, had 200 active memberships, while still managing his air conditioning company. He had six employees. He sold the martial arts school as it was too much for him.

 

Brendan didn’t ‘t know what Rotary was all about until he met Glenn at the Brampton Board of Trade who invited him to a Rotary meeting and after learning about Rotary, he became a member.

 

Brendan’s goals are:

-Start a family

- Make his air conditioning business, Dr. HVAC, the best in the area

-Teen Ranch – a spa for troubled teens.
