CJ fund at $8,000

Rotarian Daisy Oliver reported that the Bowl for CJ event to help this young Newfoundland girl offset the expenses at Sick Kids' Hospital in Toronto raised $2,500. With help from other Rotary Clubs and the diligent work of Daisy's daughter, the total amount raised is about $8,000. Last week, Bev Dillabough of the Forest Rotary Club presented a cheque for $100 to club president Wendell.
