Bob Cranch gave an overview of budget estimates for 2012-2013 and the following motions were passed:
That the 2012-2013 club budget be approved.
Move by Bob Cranch, seconded by Glenn Williams – Motion Carried.
That $25,000 be donated to Sheridan College as part of the club’s commitment to their funding.

That $12,500 be donated to the Rotary Foundation Annual Fund.
