Bingo schedule

A few dates are open
Hello Everyone:
I have attached the amended Schedule for BINGO on Tuesday nights for the rest of the year. As you will see, there are three dates (August 26, October 14 and November 25) which require fill-ins. Please let me know ASAP if you can take one of those dates.
There was a mixup in July and we lost a 1/2 share of our revenue for that session. This cost us about $350. There are also penalties for improper attire (you need a white Rotary golf shirt and black trousers) and for being late (not signed in by 6:25PM).
So, please ensure you can make your assigned session and are on time (Yeah, I know I'm the wrong person to be delivering that message!) and properly attired.
Don't wait until the last minute to get a replacement if you have an emergency and can't attend at your session. It is your responsibility to get a replacement!
If you are not on the list because you have not taken the training, please contact one of us to set up the training process. The next training session is for Saturday September 20, 2014 at 9:00 at the Bingo Hall.
Remember, we garner about $15-18,000 per year from this small effort. If everyone chips in to do their share we'll only have to do about one two hour shift a year. So please volunteer and get trained if you aren't already!
Thanks, Jim and Dittie
(If you haven't made the Primary training yet, please contact Dittie or myself and we will let you know the next training dates.)
(If you haven't got a shirt -please let me or Dittie know. The required attire is a white Rotary shirt and black trousers.)
