Bingo needs you

December 28th is Bingo for Tim's team. I have agreed to sit in for Tim as he will not be in town.
It will be a BIG bingo and some members may be away (like Tim). We need to start at 5:00p.m.

2. Arrival time (5 to 6 pm OR 8 pm)
3. Departure time (prefer 10 pm)
4. Job capability - tell all tha apply (numbers in brackets are minima)
• Back office (1) (Peter 5pm to 10 pm)
• Counter (1) (5 pm to 7:30 pm)
• Prizing (1) (7 pm to 9:30 pm)
• Runner (4) (5:30 pm to 10 pm)
• Machine (PVR) counter (1) (5 pm to 7:30 pm)
• Decision Bingo (Lead) (1) (5:30 pm to 7:15 pm)
• Decision Bingo (Ass't) (1) ( '' '' '' '' '' '' )
• Balls table (1) (5 pm to 8:30 pm)
• Balls runner (2) ( '' '' '' '' '' )
As you can see, we need between 8 and 10 people in additon to me. We need more bodies if runners have to leave early.
Your help is necessary and will be appreciated. Please commit as soon as possible.
