Bingo changes

Dittie informed the group that at Bingo we have started to make some deposits and that the she hopes this is a start to a positive trend. There are some issues in getting team members trained so we are switching to a new team model. There will be 2 teams (instead of the current 5), everyone on the team will have a regular job and there will be a minimum of 10 people per session. This new team model will start in September.
