A late pinning

Orval Mark received the "special" Senators badge with imbedded pin from Secretary Len at our last meeting. It virtually guarantees that Orville will escape the clutches of Warren "pin crazy" Rasberry, our occasional sergeant at arms, known for being a stickler for pins.
