Club Service Committees

Assignments Committee:
Responsible for assigning Rotarians to deliver invocation and to welcome (Meet and Greet) , register and introduce all guests and visiting Rotarians at each weekly meeting.

Attendance Committee:
Charged with improving the attendance at our Club's weekly meetings.

Fellowship Committee:
Responsible for planning social outings for club members that brings them together several times per year in a more relaxed and informal manner.

Finance Committee:
Chaired by the Club Treasurer, reviews and reports on the financial status of the Club on a monthly basis; prepares an annual budget for approval of the Board of Directors.

History Committee:
Includes a designated photographer; compilation of a scrapbook containing descriptions of the year's meetings, activities, and recording noteworthy achievements of individual Club members for the year.

Fundraising Committee:
Devise and implement ways to raise funding for projects and needs within the community and internationally.

Membership Committee:
Involved in all aspects of membership including recruitment of new members (which includes classification, selection and development of members), member development and committee involvement, new member orientation (fireside chats) and involvement of senior active membership.

Past Presidents Committee:
All living Past Presidents will serve as special advisors as needed.

Program Committee:
Plans and schedules speakers and programs for the Club's weekly meetings.

Public Relations/Communications Committee:
Charged with preparing materials, press releases, etc. for and generally promoting the Club to the public and also internally. Also oversees the preparation, content and distribution of the newsletter.

Roster Committee:
To develop and produce a Club Roster, containing accurate and appropriate information for the first meeting in July.
