RYLA Retreat

A weekend for high school students in grades 9-11^th to learn leadership skills, form lasting friendships, and experience the Rotary Way, Service Above Self. Oahu’s RYLA camp is put on by a group of volunteers made up of Rotarians and other community leaders to provide a lasting impression on our future leaders.

At the conclusion of the camp, RYLA participants can expect to:

• Build communication and problem-solving skills;
• Discover strategies for becoming a dynamic leader in school or community;
• Learn from community leaders, inspirational speakers, and peer mentors; and
• Unlock potential that turns motivation into action.
