Kahauiki Reader's Rally

We do not have a regular meeting next Thursday, but we will be supporting the Read to Me International, IHS, and Honolulu Sunrise Club in the next Kahauiki Reader's Rally on that date.  The times are flexible, so please let me know when you would like to come.  I have attached the schedule and you can choose what time you would like to join us.  In a nutshell, like the last time, there isn't much work to be done, but I would like to support the Kahauiki residents as much as possible.  Registration starts at 5:30, program starts at 6:00, feeding starts at 7:00PM and clean up is at 7:30PM.  Robi Kahakalau will be the guest reader, and hopefully the entertainer.  The Sunrise club will be buying the bentos to pass out, and also household items to give away to the residents as prizes, and I have committed to bringing fruit, and a jug of water.

Please let me know what you would like to do and I can schedule you in.  The plan is to also geet our members together and walk through the development to see what has been done and what the future buildings look like.  We plan to help with the landscaping installation, along with other Rotary clubs on Oahu, hopefully the last week in August.
