Mr. Ng started his career in the banking industry where he hone his skill in data mining. After 20 years in the banking industry, he entered the Pest Control Industry in 2009. He became the Operation and Customer Relations Director of Rentokil Initial Pest Control for 4 years. In 2014, he joined Origin Exterminator Pte Ltd. During that time, the company had a rodent technology project that was about to fail. He managed to revive the project and made it a working system using his knowledge in big data.  In 2018, he joined Anticimex Pest Management Pte Ltd to work in a world first detect and eliminate rodent system using big data to detect, analyse and where to trap the rodent.
