Trivia Challenge 2018 supporting ROMAC

The time of year has come around again where I seek your clubs support for the ROMAC Trivia Challenge, being held on Thursday 1st March 2018 at Unity College. This year is especially special due to it being the 30th anniversary of ROMAC.

As you are aware, last year being a great success for ROMAC we are endeavouring to get a better result this year with a target of 300 attendees for this event. We would be extremely appreciative and pleased if you could promote this event within your club, and also coordinate attendees. This year there will be tables of 8 available and we welcome friends outside of your Rotary club.

This is a fantastic fun event where we raise much needed funds for ROMAC to enable them to carry on with the life saving and dignity restoring surgery for children, mainly from the Oceania Region. Last year ROMAC treated 43 patients and we are hoping to increase this number through Rotary fundraising this year.

Attached is the ROMAC trivia challenge entry form, each club who would like to attend will need to appoint a team captain for each table who will need to complete this form. Each person who is attending will need to be listed in the team members name column.

If any attendees require gluten free, vegetarian meals or special dietary requirements the team captain will need to tick the appropriate column. The attached form has provision for 4 tables of 8 and if you require more tables please use an additional form.

Please place the name of the Rotary Club in the left column at the top under the heading Club/Team. It would be a great help if you can confirm your tables and send a copy of your entry forms by Friday 16th February. We will then allocate table numbers so when you arrive on Thursday 1st March 2018 we can issue your table numbers and your team captain can then pick up the supper box with the meals packed in accordance with your form details.
