This is a FREE Community Event, the club is being paid a fee to supply the sausage sizzle and drinks for the community 

Event time is 1pm - 4pm but as we have to be set-up and ready to serve the public by 1pm plus I'm not sure how much parking there is it's advised we arrive by 12 o'clock.

I will be meeting with the Project Manager on site Thursday am to see where we have to set-up.
