Blood Donation at Rawai Temple

Phuket Red Cross and the National Blood Service Sector, Phuket Province, Thai Red Cross Society together with 9 Rotary clubs in Phuket and Rawai Municipality invite you to donate blood, in order to reserve blood for patients in hospitals of Phuket and nearby

 🔖 Friday 26 November 2021
 ⏰ 10:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.
 🎁 Blood donors receive 5 kg of rice.
 📍At the Hall of Fame  Wat Sawang Arom (Rawai), Mueang District, Phuket Province

 🔖 Please bring your ID card with you every time before donating blood 🙏
 😷 and wear a hygienic mask. Let's come to make merit together.
 💪 Prepare your health
 😴 Get enough sleep and rest.
 🍛 Eat a complete meal
 ❌🍖 Avoid high fat foods.
 such as pork leg rice, chicken rice
 Not in the process of taking antibiotics
 for good quality blood
 Drink 3-4 glasses of water 30 minutes before donating blood to improve blood circulation.  Helps reduce fainting
