Come join us for a Zoom meeting with a special guest speaker and author, Alastair Carthew. 
Alastair Carthew, a former member of our club, will speak about his second novel, Divine’s Choice, After the Windsors it’s ALL BLACK. Alastair previously spoke about his first book, Proud, in 2019. Divine’s Choice is a parody about two iconic institutions: the English royal family and the New Zealand All Blacks rugby team. It’s a romance story, with adventures in the wilds of beautiful New Zealand with many twists and turns keeping readers guessing to the final page, all told with a sharp sense of humor. Alastair will also speak about the loneliness of the long distant author; the trials and tribulations of getting a self-published book on Amazon or published at all; and the advantages of living on Phuket to writing novels.
