Christmas Party & Annual General Meeting (AGM)

Dear Members of Rotary Club of Patong Beach and Friends:

It is that time of the year for our Christmas Party. This year our extraordinary Christmas party will be held at the Holiday Inn Patong’s beautiful ballroom where warmest hospitality by its management and staff awaits. This holiday season is more special than most since COVID-19 had put the world to a screeching halt for more than two and a half years. COVID is now behind us. Let’s celebrate and resume our normal lives. Join us for a sumptuous buffet, listen to Christmas music, try your luck on raffle draw, play games, sit on Santa’s lap, win a gift, and dance the night away.

Price includes a half bottle of wine per adult and free flow of beer, soft drinks, fresh brewed coffee, and tea:

**No-Show Policy - Because seating is limited,  all reserved seating must be cancelled prior to 11 December or the full and total seat price will be charged.**

Our AGM (club members only) will take place at 6:30pm to elect club officers for 2023-24 Rotary year and approve financials. Party starts at 7pm and runs until about 10pm. See attached program.

For those wanting to stay overnight rather than driving home, Holiday Inn offers a special rate for this event. Room rate is 3,500 thb including breakfast for two. Kids 12 years old and under stay and eat for free at the Holiday Inn!! Please indicate in the comment box if you would like to book a room.
