The Rotary Club of Subiaco is hosting the 4-Way Test Speaking Contest at Perth Modern School for Year 10 students.

Each participant may choose their own topic, but the four values of the Rotary Four Way Test must be addressed and woven into the speech:
Of the things we think, say or do:
- Is it the TRUTH?
- Is it FAIR to all concerned?
- Will it build GOODWILL and BETTER FRIENDSHIPS?
- Will it be BENEFICIAL to all concerned?
