Good morning Di and Rotarians
Hoping you may the mailing list for Rotary Club members and assist with promoting the 1st Country Music Festival called The Valley Muster to be held at the Nanson Showgrounds at Chapman Valley.
The Valley Muster is 2 days full of Country Music and camp out for longer. Also there is a daily rate as well.
The ticket sales could be better as people have been confused that the recent Rodeo held at the same grounds last weekend was the The Valley Muster.
Nambung Country Music Muster ceased last October 2022 as the station was sold to a mining company.
On the day I contacted  the Shire of Chapman Valley as I knew their show grounds would be great for the event.
The same  artist committed to this date and we are so fortunate to have a great line of artist.

Lots of information on Facebook site under The Valley Muster. Please refer to attachment for costs etc.
Camp site is where the parking paddock is on the east side and an easy walk to the undercover area.
Limited water but the Chapman Valley Volunteer Fire Brigade can easily fill up caravans with a donation to their brigade.
NO Gate sales as WIFI and EFTPOS are unreliable. BRING CASH. BYO drinks as NO bar facilities. Food vans.  Raffles galore
Saturday song writers workshop by Connie Kis Anderson, Sunday Bush Poets breakfast.

Des & I are volunteers because we are past members of the Chapman Valley Show committee and know the grounds and buildings.
We feel we can assist with this first fantastic Country Music Festival which is the only one North of Perth.
