(Kym has a long history in tourism, holding many advisory roles, and running tourism businesses including bus tours and the Rottnest Island’s glass bottom boat! She is now involved in aviation through Nexus!). Kym ZOOMed into the meeting and gave a great presentation. Kym has promised to visit when she is next in Geraldton.

Nexus has been operating for the last 12 months servicing rural communities in WA with flights on what could be called a “milk run” servicing Perth, Geraldton, Karratha, Potr Hedland, Broome and Kununurra through to Darwin!
Their Purpose: To connect Western Australia’s rural cities, towns and regions, creating greater access for all and enabling all corners of WA and beyond to thrive.The airline is based in Geraldton and Broome with their employee’s embracing the rural lifestyle and living in these towns. Local produce and resources are used, at present 97%
Modern Dash 8 Q400 aircraft are used. (I have flown with them to Karratha and can attest to the aircraft comfort, high standard of service and food! -Doc)Nexus is committed to the community supporting sporting and service groups locally, including our radio auction.
