Mullewa Muster is Saturday, June 3rd, 2023.
Hi all,
It is time now to put our teams together for our two Bar projects starting with the Mullewa Muster (MM).
I have been to the Mullewa Muster site, and it looks like it will be much easier than Landor, but it needs more hands on deck as we will be running three separate canteen-style serveries.
A bit of a rundown is that there are van and camper areas ( unpowered) exclusively available for Rotarians and their friends close to the rec centre with nice hot showers available.
We will probably have three 4 hour shifts with one shift doing two shifts maybe, depending on numbers, we need a minimum of 30 I am thinking.
All don't have to be campers. A day trip is fine with the day trippers finished by 8 pm or earlier as hours are from 12 midday Saturday to midnight.
Food vans are all available Saturday, and everything is within 200 meters of our camp
Vicki and I plan to go Thursday or Friday morning because we can and come back Sunday others are welcome to join us. We might explore Mullewa.
It looks like it's going to be a great day and a great fundraiser for us and some great fellowship.
