OMG! Our meeting today was chaired by non-other than the Hon Peter Sukiennik, ably assisted by Pres Geoff who somehow managed to keep him on track, only to be upstaged by the late entry of Dave!
Our special guests today were ADG Kero O’Shea, todays’ guest speaker, and our new inbound exchange students, Murilo Suzuki from Brazil (RC of Batavia) and our student Hanna Lind from Austria. Oh, and Pres Shain Forth from the Batavia club!
Murilo seems to have rapidly acclimatised to Aussie things, claiming he may even like Vegemite!
Hanna will be speaking in a few weeks.
FinesOur esteemed retired surgeon Barry Alexander took on fines, extracting the dollars based on our various professions perceived degree of trust. Nurses first, doctors second (Yay! -ed). Alas real estate agents were well down (Sorry Suki!) and, you guessed it, used car salesman at the bottom.
