Child Protection and what we need to do as Rotarians:

Ian Taylor (Doc) recently attended a webinar hosted my Rotary on Child Protection and Rotary and our obligations and responsibilities as individuals and as a club.
For designated officers and individuals interacting with minors (which include exchange students even if over 18) it will be a requirement to not only hold a Working With Children’s check, but also a volunteer declaration. The Doc will provide a presentation when back from leave in three weeks, but further information is available on the District Website.
