Received an email from Tom who is back in Africa with his family for the Christmas vacation period (photos attached).Yesterday he visited Orkeeswa school, a project of the Rotary Club of Geraldton, and one I hold dear to my heart after my visit there in 2013. This is what Tom had to say about Orkeeswa:-

I had the pleasure of visiting this magnificent school and our clubs project.
Although the school term is over , Barik Thomas (who has just completed his finals at the school and awaiting his exam results) graciously offered to show us around the school.
Currently enrolled are about 350 students.

Following his visit to Orkeeswa he also visited the School of St. Jude.
Swung by St Jude as well, School term closed and hoping to connect with Rotary Club of Arusha tonight. Great to hear Tom was hoping to get to a Rotary meeting in Arusha also, another wonderful opportunity when travelling.
